A bit about me

I'm a versatile creative producer with an entrepreneurial media, marketing, and post-production background working with film, tv, music, and arts clients. I enjoy working with artists, photographers, charities and production companies creating compelling projects across all platforms. With a strong communications and management background, critical visual eye for detail, and rusty fluency in Spanish, Italian and French, I'm interested in engaging audiences with visual storytelling for organisations from my local Hackney community to international NGOs with projects further afield. I keep a low public profile and prefer to champion other people's talents and worthy causes rather than putting myself in the spotlight.

Earning an MA with merit in documentary photography at London College of Communication in 2015, my photography has evolved from a straight documentary style to something more abstract, poetic, and personal, with landscapes, seascapes and details a major part of my work. Concepts of what is (or may have been) real, and what isn’t, intertwine visually just as one experiences memories. In my short time with photography, I’ve been selected for workshops with Magnum, Broomberg & Chanarin, a residential scholarship week at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown Cape Cod, and a 2 week funded residency and exhibition in the Planches Contact Photo Festival 2015 in Deauville, Normandy, France.

Raised in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, I have lived in London for over 20 years returning every summer to Cape Cod. I've travelled extensively in Latin America and Italy, and worked in documentary film and news in Italy after my studies. My career evolved into multimedia, film and audio post-production with nearly 10 years as a co-founding director of the UK's leading DVD production and design facility based in Shoreditch and Soho, London.
